Day 2 - Tuesday Sep 4

In a lot of pain. I assume from all the squats from the previous morning. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. I am crazy over cinnamon, so having cinnamon for breakfast and on my chai tea was scrumptious.

I did my exercises and rode my bicycle to the station. I got to the second street and wanted to turn back but I made it to the station. Got to work early. Feeling the energy and excitement of getting back into training and eating healthy.

Love it!

Day 3 -7, Wed-Thurs

Wednesday through to Friday I went well with my diet. Wednesday I hurt my hip in my first ever samba dancing lesson. Thursday morning I did half my exercises but my hip limited me too much with the remainer of the exercises. I was on such a roll too. Time to rest it and hopefully next week I'll be back on board.

The weekend I have fallen off track with my diet. Hard to follow when I am away from home. Wasn't too bad though but I had hoped to keep on track being my first week of this diet.

Did end up doing a West Coast Swing (WCS) ladies styling and a techniques and patterns workshop. It was a great workshop and I'm glad I went to it. My hip was aching a lot by the end of it so I hope I haven't aggravated it.

I'm hungry even though I had a big healthy meal care of my other half. Not looking forward going to work tomorrow. Atmosphere isn't good. I hope work is much better this week.

Day 1 - Monday, Sep 3

Woke up early and did my Peak Condition Project exercises in the morning.
- 250 jumps
- 45 squats
- 24 push ups
- 45 sit ups

Wasn't a struggle and I did it fairly quickly. I remember how it use to take at least an hour and a half to do the exercises towards the end of the program last time

Having my clothes ready is a big help on making it on time to work.

Had breakfast at work as Bianca and I had to swap over some ingredients. Suprisingly, Apple Muslea was yummy. Lunch not that great but I did love the dinner meal.

Feeling sore from the bike ride to Richlands station yesterday. 15.30s to the station and 20.30s back. My bum hurts more than anything.

Feeling great. I love feeling healthy and fit!
